This is my primary piece of equipment. I custom built this truck to help serve my mobile customers and to save wear and tear on my trailer.

My trailer surrounded by Happy Customers.

My wife and I taking delivery on our trailer from Bill Erskine at his plant in Guntersville, Alabama

Inside view of my truck. This view only shows the work and storage area. The Shaver is mounted behind me to my left. The serving window in on the right.

Inside view of my trailer. This is the typical design of all Erskine & Sons trailers. This is a very good layout. Serving window show on the left side. Notice all of my most popular flavors are in easy reach of the operator.

View of the shaver mounted in my truck.

Two employees shown working a large car show. In this picture I have removed the inside freezer for more room. It was placed in the back of my pick-up truck so that we could easily refill it without having to tow the trailer during this 3 day event.

Shaving a cup of ice. Warning in this picture the protective guard has been removed from the drive belt. This was only done to check the shaver blades for proper alignment after changing them out. The shaver should never be operated without the guard during normal operation. This photo was taken just prior to us opening for the big car show shown above.

This is a plastic graduated beaker that I use to measure my flavoring. Notice bottom line is for glass bottles and top line is for plastic bottles. Glass bottles only come in fifth sizes and not the standard quart sizes of the plastic bottles.

Flavoring ready to be mixed into a bottle of simple syrup.
